    1. Indeed! But THIS thread is designed to CHANGE the SUBJECT.FJ.

If anyone still wants to alke SEX, a return go the previous thread –– or a visit to Always On Watch would be more appropriate.

Right now, I'm more concerned about Rocket Man's latest display of his SuperToys, and HOW to DISLODGE the IMPOSSIBLE SHITS who run CONGRESS.

    1. All concerns I share, Les, although I do not believe it is possible for any naton to provide healthcare of the highest quality for everyone. There's just not enough money in the world for that.

But don't you have concern over the threats produced by international intrigue and the nuclearization of North Korea and ––– all too soon –– IRAN?

    2. I have never had a high elevated concern with respect to Iran. Iranians are not in my view a threat. Handled properly any perceived threat can be handled diplomatically.

I've ALWAYS maintained North Korea is, or soon will be, our greatest threat to our homeland. The Korean Conflict (war) and it's outcome cause a huge bone to become stuck in their throat and it's still there.

Options are limited and Kim Jong In is nuts. Trump may not have the temperament to find a creative wi win situation. War the Lion that Roared is real possibility.

Being nearly blind, and having severfe arthriis and tendiniis in my right hand makes good typing impossible these days. And, as you say, the latest edition of Spelchek is WORSE than useless. It presumes to be able to read my mind and fills in what IT thinks I meant –– and nine times oiut of ten IT is WRONG! ^+#%*(*$#@\@#!%!~#@"!^$&/!"@!"

As for diplomacy, I don't think it could work with BRUTE SAVAGES and ISLAMANIACS anymore than it would with poisonous SNAKES, scorpions, crocodiles or monitor lizards et al.

    5. I've been called a perfectionist by many all throughout my life. Unfortunately that assessment by others is very likely true. It has been both a blessing (in my managerial career) and a curse.

With respect to diplomacy, you are of course correct with your examples. Having known many 1'st generation Iranians I know they are smart, resourceful, conscientious, and respectful people. Treated with respect they happily return respect.

Islamic extremism is a huge problem for the Muslim world as it effects Muslims far more than it has effected us. As Silverfiddle as often noted it is a problem that the Muslim world must address. Not all Muslims are extremists and not all Muslim hate the west. It is unfortunate that the number of Muslims worldwide is so large that even a small minority (on a percentage basis) is equivalent to millions and millions.

Frankly I view Saudi Arabia as a larger threat really. But for reason of oil and money we kiss the hands of one of the worlds most repressive regimes. As well as being the nation that gave flight to extreme Islam. But I suppose I could be wrong.

ISIS, while not a direct result of our Iraq misadventure the excursion into Iraq certainly played into the hand's of ISIS and other extremist groups. That action exacerbated a festering situation. In my view, and in retrospect we handled it poorly, both with the initial response and afterwards.

Now, Rocket Man Kimbo? A horse of a different color, and, as I said earlier as dangerously unbalanced individual with perhaps visions of grandeur. Tie will tell and I hope to hell Trump is up to handling the potential disaster that could be looming close at hand.

    7. I know that, Kid, but isn't at least PART of that OUR fault ["our" meaning whites of British and European stock], because most of us have failed either to produce large families –– or to produce any children at all?

It's sad how the shift in cultural mores has caused so much alienation since the SICK-sties. When I was young, we lived with people of Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Irish, English, Scottish, Italian, Polish, German, Jewish, French, Arab, Chinese and Filipino descent, and we all got along famously.

It has always been the LEFTIST AGITATORS who have sparked and exacerbated DIVISION. I have labled these hypes as TROUBLEMAKERS since I was in high school.

It IS true that we never socialized with Negroes. Most every housewife and mother where I lived had a "colored maid" to help with housework and do laundry, BUT we never mistreated them, and it always seemed to me when i was a child that we liked and respected them for the help they provided, and we did trust and feel affection for some of them. BUT, there really was an invisible barrier that meant that just KNEW it was impossible to regard them as equals n every respect.

At any rate when the USA really was a "Melting Pot," we really lived much closer to the ideals of our Founders than we have since the "PROGRESSIVES" (crypto-quasi-Marxists) began to take over a little more than a hundred years ago,

It’s time to drain the swamp! Our country needs to reclaim their morals and standards of yesterday.
The ironic part of this whole thing as this began as a campaign on the left to take out Bill O’Reilly and Roger Ailes and now the chickens have come home to roost. They should have made sure their own house was in order first because now it is spiraling out of control and they are becoming ensnared in their own trap. It has been entertaining to see the hypocrisy of these individuals come to light.

So I guess that Power does corrupt, and just how long can you keep a failing system or smelly sewage plant from being undetected?
Maybe they’ll think about that when they close their eyes to the freeloading welfare moochers, and the illegal alien invaders, and the murdering terrorists that they are so eager to allow into our country.
The smelly septic tank is overflowing, and the stench has been covered up by the smell of flowers and deodorants in the form of bribes, grants, gifts and pork for years now. But now the stench has gotten to be bad in the previous eight years that all the powers in the world can't contain it any longer. Our government was never intended to be the friend of the enemy, or the cheaters, or the invaders.. Perhaps some of the people who gave away the farm did so with well intentions, but those days are over. The good people of this country come first.

The Leftist British, Theresa May, and Lefties right here in America are castigating President Trump for re-tweeting a video showing Muslim violence, and the Brits even want to Ban him from future visits.
    Well, lets have a look.
Oh yeah, Muslims killed 300 over the weekend...Perhaps they didn’t read the Jihad Score Card for October that included 163 Attacks, 1610 Killed, 1274 Injured, and 25 Suicide blasts... And that was just for October.
Anybody else who don’t see the Muslim violence that president Trump was talking about?

  18. The sodomite mafia and Gloria AllRED bulldykes are behind this sexual harassment hysteria. They are socialists wishing to eradicate God from public life and erect a godless LGBTQI communist state

Conrad Black has written a wonderful column that cuts through the nonsense:

    http://www.nysun.com/national/sex-life-in-america-can-hardly-be-run-by-the-red/90134/

" If we get into a regime of denunciation based on subjective probabilities, any man can be forced out of public life by millions of women.

In these two cases, even if the accused men did what has been alleged, if that is all they did of this kind of activity, they are not morally disqualified. If Judge Moore has been an upright, sexually unoffending man for 38 years (during which time he has often been an election candidate), his alleged conduct with Ms. Corfman, though outrageous, was not an assault and is not really relevant now; and his denial is not completely incredible.

Senator Franken has not admitted the allegations against him, but has apologized, and the photo is not out of character: It is absurd and not amusing, but what is claimed should not force him out of the Senate. (Nor can the instant dismissal of Charlie Rose by CBS and PBS be justified. His recollections are different from those of the complainants and no one seems to be claiming an assault.)

It is good that women should not be afraid to complain if they have been genuinely subjected to harassment (an offense that will require much more careful definition), so that men know that improprieties will, at the least, lead to severe embarrassment (as Judge Moore and Mr. Franken are going through). Men (and women), though, have a right to be tasteless, stupid, and offensive without having their careers abruptly terminated with no deliberation or mercy. Judge Moore can stay as a candidate (and the idea of excluding him from the Senate if he is elected is bunk), and Mr. Franken can remain."

Or, to put it differently, there is no seduction which cannot at some point be construed as intrusion or harassment because there will always be a point when one has to expose oneself and ‘make a pass’. But, of course, seduction doesn’t involve incorrect harassment throughout. When you make a pass, you expose yourself to the Other (the potential partner), and her reaction will determine whether what you just did was harassment or a successful act of seduction. There is no way to tell in advance what her response will be (which is why assertive women often despise ‘weak’ men, who fear to take the necessary risk). This holds even more in our pc times: the pc prohibitions are rules which, in one way or another, are to be violated in the seduction process. Isn’t the seducer’s art to accomplish the violation in such a way that, afterwards, by its acceptance, any suggestion of harassment has disappeared?"

  25. President Trump' once again made good on one of his campaign promises, ending White House's war on Christmas.
Today marked the 95th anniversary of the National Christmas Tree Lighting in the Nationn's capital. The tradition began in 1923 with President Calvin Coolidge and takes place in President's Park, close to the White House. It was quite a sight even before it was fully lit.
The crowd was large and appreciative, as the ceremony went on with the presidents speech, the tree was as beautiful as it could have been, but no doubt it will appear in the newspapers as being “gaudy” and criticized by the media claim that the ceremony was “sparsely attended". Where have I heard that before?

For the past 8 years, the Obama’s avoided mentioning Christmas on their Christmas cards, signs, decorations, etc. replacing the dreaded “C “ word with substituting, "Happy Holidays" or "season greetings! ." Substituting, for what? For the left's attempt to drive Christ out of Christmas and faith, especially Christianity. But it was fine and dandy to use the words “Kwaanza” and “EID/Ramadan” those words were NOT substituted.. President Trump campaigned against this politically correct nonsense , promising to bring back Christmas and he is making good on the promise!

So, as we approach the end of the year, and getting near that beautiful Christmas season that people don’t talk about anymore. They don’t use the word Christmas because it’s not politically correct. You go to department stores, and they’ll say, ‘Happy New Year,’ and they’ll say other things. You don’t see the Christmas displays any longer, but now we see Winter displays, and the same goes for Hanukkah. Well, guess what? We’re saying Merry Christmas again, and the Jewish people are saying Happy Hanukkah!
President Trump even brought back the 51-year-old tradition of having the tree, of having the tree pulled up by a horse-drawn carriage to the White House.

    Thank You Mr. President.

Have you ever seen The Winslow Boy? It's a wonderful play by Terrence rattigan made into a GREAT movie in the 1940's.

In essence it bears a striking resemblance to the entrenched bigotry on the part of officialdom that produces the kind of unfairness and stupidity we've seen in the Steinle case.

DOJ files arrest warrant for illegal
immigrant acquitted in Kate Steinle case

    Fox News, by Elizabeth Zwirz

The Department of Justice unsealed an arrest warrant Friday for Jose Inez Garcia Zarate, the illegal immigrant acquitted Thursday in Kate Steinle’s murder trial. Zarate was found not guilty of murdering Steinle on a pier in San Francisco in July 2015. (Snip) Officials at the Department of Justice told Fox News that there is an existing federal detainer that requires Zarate to be remanded into the custody of the U.S. Marshals to be transported to the Western District of Texas pursuant to the arrest warrant. After the verdict, U.S. immigration officials announced late Thursday that Zarate would be deported.

Democrats Defeat GOP Bid to Shield Conservative College from Endowment Tax

    Politico, by Michael Stratford

Four Senate Republicans joined with Democrats to strip from the GOP tax bill a last-minute provision that would have shielded Hillsdale College, a prominent conservative school, from a new tax on university endowments. An amendment offered by Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA.) — and incorporated into a package of changes Republicans unveiled Friday evening to their tax plan, H.R. 1 (115) — would have exempted all colleges that don’t accept federal student aid from the endowment tax. But Democrats immediately cried foul over the plan because it appeared to benefit only a single college, Hillsdale College, whose president, Larry Arnn, is influential in ...

  42. One of the most significant sections of the bill is the massive tax cut for corporations. Both bills would take the top corporate tax rate from 35% to 20%. However, the Senate cut would happen in 2019, while the House bill would have the 20% rate kick in next year. From USA Today

      From Powerline´s John Hinderaker yesterday:

The FBI, thoroughly politicized under the leadership of Robert Mueller and James Comey, has lost the confidence of the American people. .........Why doesn’t President Trump simply appoint a strong conservative with an undoubted commitment to the rule of law–like, say, Jeff Sessions–Attorney General? If we had someone like Jeff Sessions as Attorney General, he could simply order the FBI to respond completely and promptly to Congressional subpoenas, and fire anyone who fails to follow that directive.."

Sessions is the weakest member of the Trump cabinet. It´s unfortunate that PDT doesn´t realize this and ask for Sessions and Rosenstein´s resignations. It´s also pathetic that when Tucker Carlson has Sessions on his FNC show that he wouldn´t ask this weak AG about his department´s stonewalling of Congress and the immunity given to Hillary.

In an article in The Hill, it was revealed that some 97% of political donations from the staff of DOJ went to Democrats. The entire federal bureaucracy has been subverted.

The Clintons have been proved to have made numerous false statements under oath, to say nothing of the hundreds of false claims of selective amnesia.

They have attempted to remove every Republican president since Eisenhower with such investigations. Expect it to happen to every Republican administration.

The Democrats' first loyalty is to party. They reject the will of the people when the people disagree with them.

The msm aka the Democratick Party will not point out the hypocrisy of the left and the favorable treatment Democrats like Hillary have gotten from the DOJ and the FBI. President Bush was silent and Scooter Libby got jailed for a process crime. Now General Flynn is getting the same treatment. Someone name a single Democrat that got jail time for a process crime?

President Trump is tweeting the truth something the msm is unfamiliar with. He is merely pointing out the double standard of the FBI which has become the goon squad of the Democratick Party.

One of the trademarks of despots and dictators is when there is a corrupt misuse of intelligence agencies and those who have he job of enforcing the equal application of the Rule of Law.

When the Nobama regime was in place these agencies became political arms to cover whatever misdeeds were done to protect them from being prosecuted and for those of their demonrat/socialist conspirators from being taken down.

There ae 8 years worth of people left behind in civil service who are still doing that job over following the Rule of Law.

The media create the rumor mill, spins it ad infinitum like Goebbels, and suddenly a person is accused of guilt if they merely attempt to defend themselves.

All the while, those who BROKE THE LAW like Madam Broomstick WALK FREE.

The President has a legitimate concern when the law is not applied equally. But hey, if you are a demonrat/xocialst and rich, the laws don´t apply to you....that is what saves there sorry butts time after time.

I think we need to start recognizing this farce for what it is; a massive delaying tactic to keep the pressure away from prosecuting the real crimes of Hillary and the Obamboozler. They simply want to keep this ruse going as long as possible or until the next election while pinning their hopes on getting a democRAT in office in 2020. Then the crimes of the Obamboozler can be swept under the rug forever... and by the way, they´re 25% there!

I am a retired attorney although I didn’t practise criminal law. Most of my current knowledge of criminal law comes from reading the writings of Andrew McCarthy, an excellent source. Your impressin of the law regarding lying to the FBI is basically correct. If you are responding to questions posed by any Federal investigator it is illegal to lie. The applicable statute is very broad. You need not be under oath and the interview need not be recorded. Thus it is very easy to find yourself prosecuted under this statute. Rule of thumb, do not ever for any reason talk to any Federal investigator. A very tough rule to follow if you work for the gov’t

Mueller's Phony "investigation" is all about the Logan Act

Old school shoe leather reporter Byron York has been doing yeoman's work on the flimsy, tricked-up charges against President Trump and his team by Obama's Deep State Minions.

    York's well-substantiated conclusion:

It's all about Logan Act violations--which while providing a pretext for vengeful termites in the Obama law enforcement agencies to erode President Trump's credibility before he took office, will turn out to be a nothingburger with a cold cuppa covfefe. It is an archaic act, unconstitutional, and has never been used to prosecute anyone.

This "investigation" was never about "Russian collusion" or any Trump criminality; it was a bald-faced and grotesque abuse of the powers of the federal government to punish and demean President Trump before he even took the reins. The Progressive Deep State is dangerous, deranged and vindictive, and they will stop at nothing to protect their power and punish their enemies. Let's hope someone in President Trump's camp is smart enough to flip the tables on them.

Here is the conclusion of Byron York's article:

From today's perspective, nearly a year later, it has become apparent that, farfetched as it might seem, the Logan Act made it possible for the Obama administration to go after Trump. The ancient law that no one has ever been prosecuted for violating was the Obama administration's flimsy pretense for a criminal prosecution of the incoming Trump team.

And by the way, when it finally came time to charge Flynn with a crime, did prosecutors, armed with the transcripts of those Flynn-Kislyak conversations, choose to charge him with violating the Logan Act? Of course not. But for the Obama team, the law had already served its purpose, months earlier, to entangle the new administration in a criminal investigation as soon as it walked in the door of the White House.
