Over the past 40 years, at least 160 "Explorer Scouts" have been sexually abused (Explorers allowed older females to join). This sounds like an attempt to multiply these numbers x100.

DeleteWhen I was in the Boy Scouts in the late 60's/early 70's, they we're always encouraging the boys who "Eagle'd out" to join an Explorers Post.

ReplyDeleteI was in scouts from around 9 to 13. This is or at least was Man Space. We did manly stuff. We built lookout towers with logs and rope. Shot 22 rifle, Archery, Scuttled wooden canoes in the middle of the lake and got them back to shore submerged. Lots more. Lots more. If little girls were there, I'd have thought what the Fuck are they doing here?
PS, and Yes, I was interested in girls at that age. Believe me. Believe me.

It's EXACTLY as though virtually all people under the age of sixty-two have been CONDITINED to become a different SPECIES from us older folks.
Pretending there is NO DIFFERENCE between the SEXES is as idiotic as pretending there is no differences between French Cuisine, Italian Cooking and Indian Food, etc.
I have come to undersand that this is why I can no longer relate to younger people, except in the rarest of instances. This is also why our society has becime so polarized that nearly every attempt to have a reasonable exchange of differing views ends up in a food fight.
And YES! I can tell you that LITTLE children are INTENSELY aware of and INTERESTED in SEX. I can speak with authority, because I remember my own childhood very well –– not that I'm going tp spell out the gory details for ya. ;-).
