Could 2012 be America's Last Presidential Election?

Prophecy or Poppycock?

Barack Hussein Obama, formerly Barry Soetero

[EDITORIAL NOTE: "The people have always some champion whom they set over them and nurse into greatness . . . This and no other is the root from which a tyrant springs. When he first appears, he is a Protector. . . In the early days of his power he is full of smiles. . . When the tyrant has disposed of foreign enemies . . . and there is nothing to fear from them, then he is always stirring up some war or other in order that the people may require a leader. . . Has he not also another object . . . that they may be impoverished by taxes and thus compelled to devote themselves to their daily wants and [be] therefore less likely to conspire against him?" ~ Plato (427-347 B. C.) ]

I've asked this question to a number of people and most them respond as if I were crazy for asking. They tell me that this is America, land of the free and that there will always be elections. I tell them that we are no longer the land of the free and that if Obama gets re-elected in 2012, that this just may be America 's last election.

In the past three years, the Obama administration has been very carefully crafting the nation for a political take over by his  crypto-Marxist regime and this isn't just my opinion.

Popular radio talk show host Michael Savage is the son of Russian-Jewish immigrants and is very familiar with Soviet and European history. Savage warned his listeners this week saying, "I have to tell you that if this man, God forbid, is the next president of the United States , we're going to be living in something along the lines of –– people say Europe.  I don't believe it's going to be like Europe –– I think it will be closer to Chavez's South American dictatorship.

"This is the most corrupt, incompetent, dangerous tyrannical administration in American history. It's not politics as usual. It's not just Democrats versus Republicans. Obama has a long history of being at odds with American values and with  America itself and the founding principles of this country. They don't want government-sponsored opinions. They only want government-sponsored 'Pravda.' That's exactly what the government-media complex tells you on a daily basis - nothing but the government-media complex party line. Pay attention. Your freedom may be at stake."

Over the weekend, Rick Santorum told a small group of people in a coffee house that, "Barack Obama is not incompetent, ladies and gentleman. He knows exactly what he's doing and why he's doing it. He sees America differently than you see America. [Obama] has gone out of his way to divide this country in a way I haven't seen since the Great Depression when Franklin Roosevelt went around to divide his country. That's his hero.

What makes America great [in Obama's mind is that] the government takes money from somebody and gives it to somebody else. No, that's what makes America France."

With his control over the Executive and Judicial branches of the government, the stage is set for a complete takeover of the government. Think about it.

ince taking office, instead of helping the economy, Obama has purposely escalated the economic crisis by plunging the country into unprecedented debt. (The last thing a failing government does is to raid the treasury)  He has a number of programs that are designed to go into effect in January 2013, just in time for his second term of office. The economic burden and increased taxes on everyone will be enough to cause the final economic collapse of the country. As soon as that happens, Obama declares Martial Law and assumes dictatorial control of the nation.

The Department of Justice has already been subverting federal laws to strip us of a number of freedoms. The Supreme Court and many of the other federal courts have been seeded with socialistic liberal judges that will rule in Obama's favor on virtually anything, thus ending constitutional rule and law.

He's already changing the face of America 's military. Some Pentagon officials are noting that an increase in the enlistment of radical Muslims into the US military where they get all the training they need on weapons and defense systems. We have no idea how many of them there are in the armed forces or in what positions they may hold.

Obama has been wielding executive powers this past year as if he were already a dictator. When Congress is not doing his bidding, he simply bypasses them and used an executive order to accomplish it anyway.

*Friday afternoon, March 16, 2012 President Barack Obama issued an Executive Order that authorizes peacetime martial law in the  United States of America . The Executive Order is titled, National Defense Resources Preparedness Order. In effect that document gives full and complete control over the entire countries natural resources in case of a natural disaster or during a time of war.*

Barack Obama granted to himself authority to approve the dispensing of all domestic energy, production, transportation, food, and water supplies as he deems necessary to protect national security.

The document itself though is not limited to a time of war or even of that of a natural disaster. Rather the text of the document says that the President can invoke these powers for national defense in the “full spectrum of emergencies” (Sec 103a). This has set the stage for his disbandment of Congress. He would not be the first world leader to take control of a nation and disband the legislative branch of government.

He has been effectively using the media to anesthetize the public to the dangers he poses. Like a patient being prepped for surgery, people are numb to the changes and won't have a clue what took place until they wake up in recovery and realize that free America has been removed and replaced with a regime that may parallel those of Stalin, Lenin, Mussolini, Hitler, Castro and Chavez.

For the sake of our children and grandchildren, I earnestly pray that we are spared from what seems a certain future and that Obama is overwhelmingly defeated in 2012.

If not, only God could help us.

  1. Well, this is scary! I'm praying that the conservative bloggers are right, and BO is beaten by Mitt by a landslide. BUT, if that happens, I wonder what BO will do on Nov. 7?

  2. All of these things put in place no Teh One, would be in place for Romney and other future Presidents.

I wonder why Romney hasn't made this part of his campaign strategy.

Could it be T he Ominous Parallels? For those who understand the reference.

  4. And I put 100% of the blame squarely on the MEDIA. They have never told Americans the truth about Obama, they celebrate him because they either agree with his agendas or don't quite understand how radical they are. They don't hold his feet to ANY fire like they do to every single Republican.
WIthout an honest media, we can't survive as an open society; this is something we learned in eighth grade history classes when we studied Russia. We laughed, knowing that could NEVER happen in OPEN AMERICA.
well, think again, folks. Think of HOlder as a Supreme Court Justice if Obama wins again. THat's enough to make you choke on your coffee, huh?

I hope the rest of this wasn't interesting because I had to stop right there.

Damn, we are a pathetic people.

  10. No. This will not be the last election.

Anyone who says that this administration is the "most corrupt etc ect" adminsitration in US history does not know US history very well.

You can point to any administration during the Gilded Age and find a system far more corrupt than we can imagine in modern America.

It would be nigh impossible to implement a hostile takeover in this country. If elections stopped, there would likely be 100 million Americans with guns marching on DC.

Also, the military would not act as the president's thug force.

This sounds like a scare tactic.

  11. "It all sounds pretty scary, and it wasn’t long before the usual suspects were citing this as evidence of some kind of plan for martial law, just as there were people on the left and far-right asserting that George Bush was going to declare martial law and cancel the elections in 2004 and 2008. Considering who it was who was spreading the meme that this was some kind of power grab by the Obama Administration, I wasn’t inclined to believe it to begin with. However, once you actually look at the facts (yes, I know, how dare I muddle up a good conspiracy theory with actual facts) it becomes pretty clear that not only is the reaction to this wildly over the top in some corners, but the Executive Order itself is nothing more than a restatement of policy that has been in place in decades and grants no authority to the President or the Cabinet that they don’t already have under existing law.

In fact, the EO recognizes that last fact in it’s opening statement:

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. App. 2061 et seq.), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:

The Defense Production Act has been in effect since the Truman Administration, and authorizes the President to direct private business to allocate resources to national defense as needed in a time of national emergency."

FT, to what purpose do you post such inflammatory lies?

You're usually the first one to scold people for engaging in hyperbole, and here you've posted a long, scurrilous screed by a known liar.

And no, it's not -poppycock, it's over-the-top partisan hackery.

  12. Speaking of over-the-top partisan hackery, do you always "keep kosher", Shaw? Or do you "let loose" upon occasion with a little over-the-top rhetoric and partisan antics of your own?

  13. I'll just say here what I say when I write similar posts or comments, I hope and pray that I am 100% wrong! You see, I also would not put any of this past the USURPER in Chief. If EVER there was a President of the United States to fear, it is the (hopefully) temporary resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The liberals can have all the fun they want deriding those of us brave enough to voice such fears, but they, at least the media members among them, will be the first to see just how bad things will get and how fast it happens. They will be the first to be imprisoned, just like in so many other countries that have gone through similar changes. Hope and Change, RIGHT! I sure do HOPE for a CHANGE come November 6th! We the people will have to watch him EXTREMELY closely when he loses the election!

  14. I'm also here to lecture FT on toning it down. He really needs to run his blog more like Shaw does... especially the part where she deletes bloggers comments and then impersonates them and leaves insulting comments supposedly made by them about themselves.

It's a MUCH less partisan atmosphere over there, since only one side of the story EVER gets told. And whenever a conservative commenter scores a point, their comments can simply be deleted!

So FT, please, please stop the half measures and become a TOTAL partisan. Half-assed partisanship is just so lame! Full blown partisanship is where you need to go.

That way, you can post ALL the inflammatory rhetoric you want AND disappear ALL dissenting opinions (and write fake comments impersonating the other side making fun of their own position) and pretend that no one's EVER going to call you on it!

    ReplyDelete
  15. And when you're all done impersonating the opposition, you can go lecture all their blogging friends on fairness and intellectual honesty. THAT is the funnest part!

  16. Grim.

Santorum: "[Obama] sees America differently than you see America....
What makes America great [in Obama's mind is that] the government takes money from somebody and gives it to somebody else."

    Accurate, IMO.

I've read two of Obama's books and decided that same thing way back when.

  17. Girls, don't tell anyone, but Shaw is now accusing us on her blog of making Dirty comments about her...and she pretends that SHE didn't make them first. Evidently, she's unfamiliar with the concept of tit for tat retaliation... and that everything thing she accuses US of doing is actally an admission of her own partisan hackery.

    What a maroon!

btw - Have you seen her new avatar? It looks like something carved by a neanderthal.

  18. Oh, and hi, FT! You've got some really weird friends!

  19. A TRIBUTE to SHAW KENAWE, who, despite our vast political differences I regard as a friend. Both of us know that -- even in an election season -- POLITICS ISN'T EVERYTHING.

    A spirited woman named Shaw

Has a penchant that sticks in my craw.

    She equates facts with truth,

Which is gauche and uncouth,

While her views she conflates with God’s Law!

Using facts as a drunk uses lamp posts

For support of uncommonly damp posts

    All manifestation
Of illumination

Stays obscured by the Frankfurters’ damned ghosts!

Perhaps I've been smitten by Cupid,

For Ms. Shaw I would never call stupid.

Though we oft disagree,

I feel perfectly free
To say to her,
    "I'm fond of you, kid."

    Whimsically yours,

    FreeThinke
