The spectre of self-righteousness looms large

Echoes today of Old Salem and the Old South

SEXUAL HARRASSMENT
A FOOLISH,  POSSIBLY FATAL
FAD

Public entertainment in the nineteenth-century

"SEXUAL HARASSMMENT" is a fabrication of the Left designed to help overly ambitious Power Whores, unfeminine Lesbians, and angry, envious, hopelessly UNATTRACTIVE WOMEN to WREST power from the hands of males by using DEFAMATION of CHARACTER with (usually) UNFOUNDED (or distorted and highly exaggerated) ALLEGATIONS of MISCONDUCT that only recently has been CRIMINALIZED by these Leftist Activists for their own power-grabbing convenience –– naturally.

Queen of the Feminazis

Latter-day Feminazi Accusers

HISTORICAL DATA

ABRAHAM LINCOLN slept with MEN every
chance he got when Mary was out of town.

GROVER CLEVELAND married Frances Folsom who had been his ward. Frances was young eniugh to have been his daughter. During a campaign for president the news came out that Grover Cleveland had fathered an illegitimate child with a women named Maria. The public responded
with this slogan:

Hurrah for Maria!
Hurrah for the Kid!'
We voted for Grover.
And we're damned glad we did!

WARREN  GAMALIEL HARDING was known to have accosted most every woman in sight with unbidden sexual advances during his tenure in the White House –– and probably long before he got there. No reasonably attractive secretary or chamber maid was safe from his advances.

JFK was an outrageous whoremaster, so was his brother Bobby. They both slept with MARILYN MONROE
and gangster's moll JUDITH EXNER –– and GOD alone knows how many others.

TEDDY KENNEDY was not only a philanderer
and a whoremaster, he was a DRUNK and a
callous, unrepentant MURDERER

LBJ was a whoremaster. One of his most famous lines, was "Move over, honey, here comes your president." as he slipped uninvited into the bed of a "target" in the dead of night whenever and wherever he felt the urge.

MARTIN LUTHER KING, Jr. was a whoremaster too. He is reported even to have engaged in THREESOMES with JFK and Sammy Davis Jr. IN the White House. He was known to demand ONLY White Women in pursuit
of his insatiable lascivious agenda.

We know only too well about BILL CLINTON's disgraceful, classless career as a Sex Addict, and how badly he and his Fearsome Partner in Crime, CHILLARY Rodham, treated his many "victims" from his long-term, extra-marital affair with Gennifer Flowers, through Paula Jones, Dolly Kyle Browning, Juanita Broaddrick whom he forcibly RAPED and INJURED in a hotel room, Kathleen Willey whom he tried to ATTACK in an anteroom to the Oval Office, and his disgusting dalliance with that fat, amoral little SLUT PIG young enough to be his daughter IN the Oval Office during BUSINESS HOURS! To make it even more unsavory Lewinsky's MOTHER had advised her dear little girl to pursue men with Money, Fame and Power in order to advance her OWN position in the world. Apparently, the chubette's Mommy was not above the idea of having her precious little girl BLACKMAIL
her way to the Top, if that's what it took to get there.

And now WE'RE supposed to put up with ancient,
UNFOUNDED, UNPROVABLE ALLEGATIONS against a seventy-year-old man who has had a colorful-but-highly-successful FORTY YEAR CAREER in Alabama politics on the say-so of one or two premenopausal women who have obviously been COAXED and COACHED by the likes of the Washington Post HIT SQUAD and leftist bitch-on-wheels GLORIA ALLRED to  BELIEVE they "REMEMBER" Judge Roy Moore making "improper advances" to them
nearly FORTY YEARS AGO?

GEDDOUDAHERE!

What we think of the "case" against Roy Moore

  2. FROM FJ's CITED ARTICLE:

Power,” Henry Kissinger observed, “is the ultimate aphrodisiac.” Men, but mostly women, have been trading erotic services for access to power since time began.

The ruling class’s recent carrying on over a supposed epidemic of powerful grabbers and gropers runs counter to common sense and experience. If Henry, who resembled less a prince than a frog even in his youth found his connections with power and wealth sufficient to satisfy his longings, so can anyone similarly placed.

Nor is there any evidence of a sudden increase in morality or restraint having cut into the supply of the willing. There is even less reason to believe that the very same arbiters of public behavior who, increasingly, penalize advocacy of restricting sex to men and women married to one another have become defenders of female modesty.

What, then, is the fuss about? It seems as the ruling class’s leadership experiences a major turnover, it is making a minor shift in tactics and in its list of enemies. Herewith, I try to explain.

    Washington’s Trade-Offs

First, the basics. During my eight years on the Senate staff, sex was a currency for renting rungs on ladders to power. Uninvolved and with a hygroscopic shoulder, I listened to accounts of the trade, in which some one-third of senators, male senior staff, and corresponding numbers of females seemed to be involved.

I write “trade,” because not once did I hear of anyone forcing his attention. Given what seemed an endless supply of the willing, anyone who might feel compelled to do that would have been a loser otherwise unfit for survival in that demanding environment.

This, I wager, is not so different from others’ experiences in Washington. Senior female staffers were far more open than secretaries in describing their conquests of places up the ladder, especially of senators. There was some reticence only in talking about “relationships” with such as John Tower (R-Texas) and Max Baucus (D-Mont.) because they were the easiest, and had so many. The prize, of course, was Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.)—rooster over a veritable hen house that was, almost literally, a “chick magnet.” Access to power, or status, or the appearance thereof was on one side, sex on the other.

Innocence was the one quality entirely absent on all sides ...

  4. Interesting article, and, as much as some would feign to disagree it does bear the naked truth.

It seems it out to be fairly simple, no MEANS no and hands off means don't touch. Really it's about respect. Those who wish to engage in the trading sex for power (or the appearance thereof) fine, go for it. Those whose values guide them not to should merely need yo d's no, hands off.

It's the gold diggers and women (or men) scorned that are dangerous.

With respect to Roy Moore, children, because of their innocence, should in my opinion always be off limits.

Let me put it in simple and strong words... If a 32 year old man had ever pursued my 14 year old daughter it WOULD NOT HAVE ENDED WELL FOR THE SON IF A BITCH! In fact I just might have ended up in FUCKING prison. He would have received but ONE warning com me. Strong enough words that?

Not every FUCKING thing is the struggle between leftist and rightist ideology. Some goddamn things are simply about values and morality.

Maybe Roy boy didn't do what he's accused of. I stated elsewhere if that be so then he shouldn't be held accountable. But I ain't making that decision. The voters of Alabama are.

I made a statement and took a stand on PRECISELY WHAT I BELIEVE IS RIGHT. Just as you have. Personally I don't give a flying fuck what becomes of Moore. I just know I would not vote for him were I in Alabama.

  5. ABOUT the PORTRAIT at the TOP of the ARTICLE:

He doesn't look ike a very nice fellow. does he? Well, he wasn’t by our sgtandards, but he was a Man of His Time..

    WIKI:

Samuel Sewall. March 28, 1652 – January 1, 1730) was a judge, businessman, and printer in the Province of Massachusetts Bay, best known for his involvement in the Salem witch trials, for which he later apologized, and his essay The Selling of Joseph (1700), which criticized slavery. He served for many years as the chief justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court of Judicature, the province's high court.

Sewall was born in Bishopstoke, Hampshire, England, on March 28, 1652, …

Following the restoration of Charles II to the English throne, the Sewalls again crossed the Atlantic in 1661, settling in Newbury, Massachusetts. It is there the young Samuel "Sam" grew up …

Like other local boys he attended school where he acquired a lifelong love of verse, which he wrote in both English and Latin.

In 1667 Sewall entered Harvard College … Sewall received his BA degree, in 1671, and his MA in 1674. I

n 1674 he began keeping a journal, which he maintained for most of his life; it is one of the major historical documents of the time. …

Sewall's involvement in the political affairs of the colony began when he became a freeman of the colony, giving him the right to vote. … After John Hull died in 1683, Sewall was elected to replace him on the colony's council of assistants, a body that functioned both as the upper house of the legislature and as a court of appeals. He also became a member of Harvard's Board of Overseers.

Sewall's oral examination for the MA, a public affair, was witnessed by Hannah Hull, daughter of colonial merchant and mintmaster John Hull. She … pursued him; a nd they were married in February 1676. Her father, who was quite wealthy, gave the couple £500 in colonial currency as a wedding gift. …

Sewall moved into his in-laws' mansion in Boston, and was soon involved in that family's …affairs. He and Hannah would have fourteen children before her death in 1717, although only a few survived to maturity.

He also entered local politics, and was elevated to the position of assistant magistrate in the judiciary. In 1692 he was one of the nine judges appointed to the court of Oyer and Terminer in Salem, charged with trying those from Salem Town and elsewhere who were accused of witchcraft. His diary recounts many of the more famous episodes of the trials, such as the agonizing death under torture of Giles Corey, and reflects the growing public unease about the guilt of many of the accused. Sewall's brother Stephen had meanwhile opened up his home to one of the initially afflicted children, Betty Parris, daughter of Salem Village's minister, Samuel Parris, and shortly afterward Betty's "afflictions" appear to have subsided.

Sewall was perhaps the most remarkable among the justices involved in the trials in that he later regretted his role, going so far as to call for a public day of prayer, fasting, and reparations.

Following the dissolution of the court, the Sewall family was blighted by what Sewall thought to be punishments from God. … What convinced Sewall of his need for public repentance was a recitation of Matthew 12:7, “If ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.”

Not only had Sewall’s home life been shaken, but in the years after the Trials, the people of Massachusetts experienced setbacks and violence, theselves. Sewall saw this as a sign not that witchcraft did not exist, but that he had ruled on insubstantial evidence. He records in his diary that on 14 January 1697 he stood up in his meeting house while the minister read out his confession of guilt....

    1. An effective job of likening the Salem Witch Trials to the media and public case against Judge Roy Moore. The term case against is used for the lack of a better one. The implications are clear FreeThinke, and, you present strong argument against the media and public allegations against Moore.

From a strictly LEGAL footing one must concede your point. Well done.

I continue to have doubts about Moore's honesty and therefore his integrity. But as previously noted the ultimate determination of Moore's political future should rest with the voters of Alabama whose interests he has served in the past and we assume would continue to do in the Senate if elected.

In 1692 a group of young girls somehow became hysterically obsessed with bizarre, morbidly unwholesome notions about their fellow townsfolk.

These girls assumed such tremendous power that on THEIR say-so ALONE at least twenty perfectly innocent men and women were dragged from their himes, incarcerated, subject to brutal methods of interrogation by various forms of torure and eventually EXECUTED.

Sounds slanderous with regards to Moore. Nothing about those allegations seem to match up with the man. What evidence they´ve presented seems to have serious flaws. Also, unlike the others mentioned, they haven´t been hounding the judge, step by step, his entire political carreer.

Moore scares them, for some reason. They are willing to dangle the possibility that scores of wronged women by these Hollywood and DC insiders might finally have justice that they´ve sought for decades... if only Roy Moore would step down.

If he did, those women would be feeling the figurative pain of having a door slammed in their faces. The Elite are terrified of Moore.

Sarnoff of the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking, Fox reported. Ms. Conchita also authored a book on Mr. Epstein titled “TrafficKing.”

Mr. Epstein was arrested in 2005 and signed a plea agreement in 2007 with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, accepting a single charge of soliciting prostitution. He agreed to a 30-month sentence, registered as a “Tier 1” sex offender with the U.S. Virgin Islands and paid dozens of young girls under a federal statute providing for compensation to victims of child sexual abuse.

A Clinton spokesperson did not return the network’s emails requesting comment. Martin Weinberg, Mr. Epstein’s attorney, declined multiple inquiries into the flights.

It is not known how many times Bill Clinton had his seat and tray table in the upright and locked position when flying with Jeffrey Epstein or whether their conversations revolved around golf and grandchildren. It is not known why Clinton flew so many times with a child sex predator. Given Bill Clinton’s track record and Epstein’s expertise on procurement, one doubts it was to solicit donations to the Clinton Foundation. As a Fox News report noted:

Epstein, who counts among his pals royal figures, heads of state, celebrities and fellow billionaires, spent 13 months in prison and home detention for solicitation and procurement of minors for prostitution. He allegedly had a team of traffickers who procured girls as young as 12 to service his friends on “Orgy Island,” an estate on Epstein's 72-acre island, called Little St. James, in the U.S. Virgin Islands….

    The problem of sex

Pretty soon, writes Douglas Murray in the Spectator, "there´ll be no sex at all." Commenting on the paralyzing spate of assault accusations roiling the West it seems that the sexual revolution begun in the 1960s has reached the Reign of Terror stage. Fear hangs over political offices and workplaces everywhere.

Murray writes: "We are in the middle of a profound shift in our attitude towards sex. A sexual counter-revolution, if you will. And whereas the 1960s saw a freeing of attitudes towards sex, pushing at boundaries, this counter-swing is turning sexual freedom into sexual fear, and nearly all sexual opportunities ...

Our post-modern society is finding out there were very good reasons for the proprieties and sexual taboos that were thrown overboard during the 60´s. The taboo against illegitimate births was not against the child, but against the parents that refused to provide a home. The taboo against cheating in a marriage was to provide a stable home. The taboo against sex before marriage was to make sure children arrived into an already established family. The proprieties of relations between the sexes, the Pence Rules, protected both men from false claims, and women put into situations with male predators.

Human society figured out these things centuries ago, but threw it all away for the siren song of "freedom", forgetting that freedom without responsibility is just giving license to evil.

    7. Okay, Oscar, I see what you were driving at now.

I think, however, that whoever said that was referring to hoookups with strangers, casual encounters with friends and business associates, and overt "flirting" in inappropriate venues such as offices, board rooms, classrooms, churches, bathrooms, locker rooms, all bundled together under the heading of RECREATIONAL SEX.

SEX for rRECREATION appears to be on its way OUT. SEX for PROCREATION between two loving partners in or outside the confines of legally-sanctioned MARRIAGE never will de out altogether, I'm, sure, ALTHOUGH –– as I'm sure you must be aware –– the birth rate of CAUCASIAN populations in EUROPE and the UNITED STATES –– and probably CANADA. AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND as well, even though I don't know for sure, has slipped precipitously since the post-war baby boom of the 1950's and 50's.

WHITE populations are NOT REPLACING THEMSELVES.

If anything VICTORIAN PRUDERY may have acted more as a STIMULUS for PROCREATIVE SEX than the increasingly unbridled LICENTIOUSNESS we have seen emerge since The Roaring Twenties –– a reaction, of course, to the horrors of World War One.

In the American Spectator, years ago, I read of the "liberal hive." The bees (liberals) all have the exact orientation without deviation. They don´t need to communicate directly with each other, they simply follow the same mental blueprint. They´re everywhere. This joke of an ex-police officer parroted exactly the same buzzwords all liberals mindlessly quote: abortion, pro-Islam, transgender/gay rights, hatred of God, and disdain towards conservatives and their viewpoint, etc. It´s amazing what came out of the woodwork in this country since Trump´s election; like, if you will, angry bees looking to sting anything.

  24. While she was in England publicizing her book, Hillary Clinton made another LYING, false and slanderous, and fake news story comparing Donald Trump to the misfit, sex-freak, sexual abuser Harvey Weinstein, and claimed that President Trump is an “admitted sex assaulter.” The Pig in a Pantsuit, Ms. Thighness knows very well that UNLIKE HER OWN HUSBAND, NO WOMAN has EVER accused Donald Trump of rape, criminal molestation, or paying 10's of thousands of dollar for any woman’s silence.

Hillary is trying to get herself off the hook for covering up for Harvey Weinstein who she was very comfortable with and who took campaign contributions from him when she knew that damn well that Weinstein had the reputation in Hollywood for being a weirdo Sexual Pervert and for molesting women.

Furthermore, Hillary’s is still trying to not only cover for the sexual misconduct against Slick Bill Clinton, but to distract from it and also distract from the fact that her Gal Pal Huma Mahmood Abedin’s husband was one of the biggest s Perverts in American History.
I have read that Bill Clinton is still taking advantage of interns at the Clinton Library in Little Rock, where he invites young girls to his penthouse apartment for foot massages and wet t-shirt contests. And that it’s no secret that Hillary knows about this, and that’s why she refuses to spend the night in Bill’s penthouse apartment when she’s in Little Rock.
Hillary ranks up there with Obama, Al Sharpton, Pelosi, Maxine Waters & Harry Reid as those who make me want to vomit when listening to or reading what they say.

Only one accusation that survived even initial cursory scrutiny was from a woman who was an adult at the time, and she is alleging caddish behavior, not rape.

The other allegations were so flimsy they could not proceed to criminal charges or even tort law. This despite teams of leftwing lawyers working feverishly for the accusers

Hillary ought to be given some kind of an award for sheer PERISITENCE if nothing else, but it DOES seem obvious from her behavior since her defeat –– now more than a year ago ––, that her behavior has been –– let us be kind, and call it –– erratic, self-absorbed, and certainly neurotic, possibly even bordering on the psychotic. Whether she drinks "Grey Goose," "Tanqueray Gin," "Single-Malt Scotch," "Reunite and Thunderbird by the quart, or "Blatz Beer " by the case is of no moment.

She, apparently, has great difficulty in accepting reality, and persists in creating fantasies that blame everyone and everything BUT her own inadequacies for her loss.

In less exalted circles we would call that Poor Sportsmanship.

Much has been made of her "victory" in winning the Popular Vote, but as you very rightly say, we are NOT a DIRECT DEMOCRACY, we are a RESPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC, designed by far-seeing, astonishingly wise and incredibly brilliant Founders who were properly concerned with providing EQUAL REPRESENTATION for ALL SEGMENTS of SOCIETY and ALL geographical loci.

The concept behind the Eectoral College may be hard for the average person to undersand, but its primary PURPOSE was ensure permanent avoidance of TYRANNY by the MAJORITY.

If we look at the now-famous ELECTORAL MAP showing in minute detail every RED area and every BLUE one, we cannot help but see –– with utmost clarity –– that the RED areas outnumber the BLUE by FAR. I wou;d guesstimate that at LEAST 80% of the territory that comprises these United States voted for DONA:D TRUMP.

Those who don't think this is "fair,"should remember that the classic definiton of Direct Democracy is Two Wolves and a Lamb Deciding What's to be Eaten for Dinner.

    4. Absolutely Spot On FreeThinke!

You squarely landed on the very thing that bothers me the most about progressive ideology, the inevitability that sooner or later society ends up with TYRANNY by the MAJORITY. This is why I am adverse to being part of ANY political party or embracing ANY particular political ideology.

It is also why as much as I embrace many liberal social principles I do not consider myself to be a dyed in the wool liberal. I also embrace conservative economic and fiscal principles like balanced budgets and controlling debt. But I digress.

I do not approve of DJT for what I consider to be legitimate concerns. Utmost being he is not IMO what he claims to be and is not trustworthy. Nevertheless he is the President and the proper response for me is to voice my beliefs and work to replace him as POTUS in the 2020 election.

The election of DJT, or for that matter ANY ONE, is NOT reason to jettison the very mechanism that the founders put in place to safeguard against TYRANNY by the MAJORITY.

RATIONAL NATION'S GLOSSARY of TERMS RELATED to SEX

RAPE - The crime of rape generally refers to non-consensual sexual intercourse that is committed by physical force, threat of injury, or other duress. Common law defined rape as unlawful intercourse by a man against a woman who is not his wife by force or threat and against her will.

SEXUAL PREDATOR - a person seen as obtaining or trying to obtain sexual contact with another person in a metaphorically predatory or abusive manner.

PEDOPHILIA is considered a paraphilia, an "abnormal or unnatural attraction." Pedophilia is defined as the fantasy or act of sexual activity with prepubescent children. Pedophiles are usually men, and can be attracted to either or both sexes. How well they relate to adults of the opposite sex varies.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT is bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. In most modern legal contexts, sexual harassment is illegal. As defined by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), "It is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that person's sex."

INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL BEHAVIOR or SEXUALLY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR - a term that encompasses a variety of untoward activities including obscene gesturing, touching or hugging another person, exposing body parts or disrobing, and masturbating in public.

BURDEN if PROOF - the obligation to prove an assertion.

Our nation has been focused on the perceived (or real) impropriate behavior of a growing multitude of individuals that include to wit, political personalities, media personalities, and Hollywood personalities.

The definitions above, although perhaps not complete accurately define what most reasonable folks find unsettling.

Given the current discussions and information we have on individuals facing allegations of sexual misbehavior do any, some, or all actually fit the above definitions?

Pease pay close attention to the last on the list, BURDEN of PROOF when giving your reply.

    ______________________________

I, as editor of this blog, eagerly await intelligent, well-meaning comments regarding these terms and how they may relate to the issue of ROY MOORE'S alleged conduct, and more broadly current FAD ALLEGING SEXUAL HARRASSMENT in High Places that has led to MASS HYSTERIA in the ENEMEDIA, and LYNCH MOB MENTALITY aming many members f tthe General Public.

Note that I use the term "sexual harassment" but I don't agree with it. If a man wants sex but the woman doesn't, she should simply say no. No harm, no foul. Most people realize that we (as humans) think about sex CONSTANTLY and are CONSTANTLY sizing up any woman near us (would we, or would we not "do" her?). It's 100% natural. If you're a misogynist (like FreeThinke and I are) you should be PROUD. It's only the lezzies, uggos and ultra feminists (man haters) who use this term. I deplore the use of accusations of "SEXUAL HARRASSMENT," because most often they are DISINGENUOUS –– HYPOCRITICAL –– and just plain NASTY. Abd rget are flung abut NOT because no one has been seriously injured by this nonsense, but because the mental climatte today has becime so corrupted that an ALLEGATION is now as good as a CONVICTION.

This of course gives shrewish, overly ambitious, PREDATORY WOMEN a tremendous advantage in what-has-become a Game of Thrones instead of a legitimate search for a place in the sun on the basis of one's MERITS.

The last month has been a whirlwind of allegations and accusations of sexual assault from the heights of Hollywood to the halls of Congress, Big Media, and beyond.(Snip)Most of these people have spent a lifetime—and a great deal of effort and money—sneering at and debasing the culture of practiced faith, respect for women, the institutions of traditional marriage and family, all the while portraying men of that “debased lifestyle” they disparaged as unenlightened peasants and troglodytes. Now it appears the men who mounted these assaults—both literally and figuratively—are nothing but patriarchal misogynistic perverts. But unfortunately we’re seeing commentators—including women such as ...

Marine Colonel Announces Run Against Roy Moore: ‘Hold My Beer'

Lee Busby has launched a long-shot bid 15 days before Alabama chooses its next senator. ‘Alabama is not happy with the two choices we have down here. They are not appealing.’

      by JAMES LAPORTA

      11/27/17

When retired Marine Col. Lee Busby read it was too late for a write-in candidate for the Alabama senate race, he said, “Hold my beer, we will just see about that.”

Busby told The Daily Beast on Monday he is launching his long-shot bid to stop Republican nominee Roy Moore from reaching the Senate.

“I have no idea if the allegations against him true or not, but I don’t see anything within his experience as a judge that qualifies him for the job.”

Busby said his state needs a choice other than Moore or Democrat Doug Jones.

“Alabama is not happy with the two choices we have down here. They are not appealing.”

Busby said he spent 31 years in the Marine Corps and on his last tour of duty was vice chief of staff to then-Gen. John Kelly, who is now White House chief of staff.

Since retiring, Busby has been the CEO of his own business and worked as a defense consultant and investment banker. At the same time, Busby has been honoring fallen Marines with sculptures like the one he was working on in his garage prior to his Senate announcement.

    5. Never Trump Plant in Alabama: ‘Write In’ Against Conservative Roy Moore Attended Liberal Dem Doug Jones Fundraiser

      by SEAN MORAN

      27 Nov 20172,314

“Never-Trump” Alabama Senate “write-in” candidate Lee Busby attended a fundraiser for liberal Democrat candidate Doug Jones.
Busby, a retired Marine colonel and former aide to White House Chief of Staff John Kelly, announced on Monday that he will launch a last-minute write-in campaign against Republican nominee Alabama Judge Roy Moore and Democrat Doug Jones.

Busby admitted that he attended a fundraiser for Doug Jones and even voted for Ohio governor ... John Kasich in 2016 Republican presidential primary.

Lee Busby argued that the allegations of sexual misconduct against Roy Moore created an opening for an establishment, centrist candidate to launch a third-party run for the December 12 Alabama Senate race.

Busby said, “I think you can flip this thing. If this were a military operation, the left flank and the right flank are heavily guarded. I think that gives you an opportunity to run straight up the middle.”

Busby’s write-in campaign mirrors Evan McMullin’s third party bid in the 2016 presidential election. McMullin, nicknamed “McMuffin” by Trump supporters, admitted during the presidential election that if he could not stop Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump from being elected president, he would be “happy” just stopping Trump from becoming the 45th president.

McMullin, a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operations officer and Goldman Sachs employee, announced a “Never-Trump” candidacy to upset the election in favor of Hillary Clinton by appealing to Mormon voters in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. His establishment insurgency failed to win any electoral votes and failed to win Utah, with its strong Mormon base.

Busby has no campaign website or any serious campaign ground game. The former aide to John Kelly hopes to rely on social media to spread the word about his campaign Identifying himself as an independent candidate, Bubsy ... intends to emphasize his experience as a military leader, as well as his background as an investment banker, defense contractor, and entrepreneur.

The third-party candidate contends that neither Moore nor Jones should serve in the U.S. Senate ...

He cites the sexual allegations against Moore as having “created enough distaste in my mind” to rule out support for the Republican nominee. ...

A Raycom News Network survey found that only three percent of Alabamians plan to vote for a write-in candidate for the Alabama Senate race.

A recent poll revealed that Roy Moore has a seven-point lead over Jones.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) launched a war against Roy Moore after Moore won the Alabama Republican primary runoff election ...

  70. Isn’t it amazing how the lefties have jumped on this “Phocahontas” story! What a distraction. It’s beyound amazing how they think that the President’s joke gets more coverage than the story about Crazy Uncle Joe Biden’s Swimming Naked in the White House Pool and picking a Female Secret Service Agent to stand by him and watch him while he does his dirty little business. How we ended up with this incompetent fool is mind boggling.
All I can say is that we are lucky Biden didn’t run and win the last election, Biden couldn't manage a 7-11, let alone manage the Country!

And how about his getting a bit to Touchy Feely with women? How about that time when Joe Biden left some people in Washington SHOCKED when he put his hands on the new Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter's wife Stephanie at Carter's swearing-in and all but embrace her as Carter was delivering his speech,, Biden who was standing in the background, put his arms on Stephanie Carter's shoulders and his face to her ear, apparently telling her something in what could easily be interpreted as an intimate embrace. And acting very inappropriately, and improperly, unfittingly, to 13 or 14 years old little girls? How sickening is that! Im sure you’ve seen the pictures allover the internet! If you haven’t then you’ve been asleep at the wheel. And not a word about it in the media, It’s Just Disgusting.
That girl with long hair isn't stupid, she' was well aware and scared of that creep, you can see it on her face and in her body language as she tried to move forward and away from him..

But I guess it’s bigger news when Donald Trump makes a joke about Phocahontas.
If That Was Trump with Those Kids it Would Be the Top Story on Every Newspaper and All the Networks for a Month!
If some strange man touched my daughter like that, he'd have a real problem.

You will never see the Lefties, or the media or the morons who voted for Obama TWICE , and then voted for Hillary Clinton with ALL the baggage that she brought into that election fro her outrageous lies, to her e-mails, to her “pneumonia”, and the list goes on, and on, from her dodging bullets in Bosnia, to Benghazi, But the liberal Clinton Kool-aide drinkers, drank it up and responded to this idiocy as they responded by voting for her.
And Liz Warren says that Trump made a Racial Slur! Me thinks that Pocahontas speaks with forked tongue!
How about lying about your heritage to advance your political, or professional career? Unless being a Marxist is some new Indian tribe that I haven’t yet hear of. They can wallow in their own hypocrisy all they want to, but don’t try to fool the American public.

He played the MSM again. and they couldn't resist it. As "Pocahantas" couldn’t resist getting her feathers all roweled up, and made that stupid remark about Trump using a “Racial l Slur”
I can't think of anything more absurd than a highly privileged white woman trying to play the race card.

Trump keeps throwing the squirrels nuts and like a good little squirrel the Media and “Pocahantas" keep chasing them. He plays them and they don't even know they're being played.
I laughed so hard when I heard the clip on the radio. The liberal newscaster had a meltdown. A “Racial Slur”! LMAO... Give us a break.
I guess that Al Sharpton will make Disney pull all copies of Pocahontas off the air, since it is now a Racial Slur.
