Well, what do
YOU
think of
The Speech?

  1. I didn't watch it but I read about it. He jackhammered our political process, and now laments that it is broken.

He insists this economy he did nothing to fix is just fine, and he warns us that we are not cowering appropriately in the face of islamist ascendency...

Thank God this is his last STFU...

    1. I agree, but it might have been harder to reach that conclusion if you actually watched the thing, as I did, –– almost against my will. ;-)

Obama was at his very best last night. From his demeanor and bearing you wouldn't think there was anything in the world that wasn't just peachy keen and hunky dory.

His tone was commending, but gracious, often confiding, at times plaintive, certainly hortatory, but never overtly petulant, accusatory or malicious.

Whatever insults, innuendoes, or attempts at reproach he threw our way were as subtle as a silent fart in a crowded elevator.

He was glib, articulate, energetic, yet serene, and astonishingly poised. From the thunderous applause that greeted him in the chamber and often interrupted his long series of bland, confident, seemingly innocuous pronouncements anyone dropping on the scene from another planet would have thought he must be THE most popular, well loved figure in the world.

I was frankly a Great Show. So charismatic and skilled as he appeared last night he almost had me convinced, even though I knew from sad observation these past seven years that nearly every claim he made to credit himself was a perfect shower of shit.

Funny! I never bought his act from the beginning, but what he does well, he does VERY WELL, INDEED.

Surely the man deserves a special Academy Award for the performance have last night.

Too bad there's nothing behind his honey words but vaults filled with empty, echoing space!

Why has he been able to persuade so many to support him? I came to the conclusion last night it's because he honestly BELIEVES his own bullshit.

That's what it takes to be a World Class Con Artist.

It was brilliant theater if nothing else.

Perry in particular never seems to get old no matter how many times I've seen the episode.

  3. I actually did watch it.

Found the looks and expressions on the faces of the folks watching it live on the floor much more interesting than the speech itself. Not often you get the opportunity to examine evil up close and personal ... but there it was.

The speech itself seemed to be deliberately designed to lull the audience to sleep and only wake up at the end when the President shouted that the state of the union was GREAT!!! And of course the hopeful plea that God will bless America.

    1. From the simpering, worshipful looks of unfettered adoration –– like teenaged hero worship –– on the part of several middle-aged white females in the audience, it was hard to read the thoughts behind all the masks. I did notice, of course, that to a man the Joint Chiefs of Staff sat there looking as stern as the carvings on Mount Rushmore.

What got to me was the persistent volleys of THUNDEROUS APPLAUSE.

Could it have been a hired CLAQUE? ;-)

It was smooth, it was dignified, it was energetic, it was INGRATIATING, and almost boyishly earnest in surface appearance, but I've seen clean blackboards produce a more accurate reflection of reality than the barrage of BS delivered by BUSSEINO last night.

    2. I paid more attention to some of the more familiar faces out there like John Kerry, Lindsay Graham, Joe Biden and some of the rest of the stooges. There was a military-type with a shaved head and grey coat that a close up of his eyes looked particularly eerie, like he was in some kind of trance which sort of awakened him when he realized the camera was on him. And a young kid with glasses who looked like he was having the most boring time of his life.

Anyway I found it all a political charade with the political insiders in on the joke knowing that what was being said was being said strictly for media amplification to follow in the hope that people would actually believe a word that was said.

    3. AS just an example of the depth of the outright B.S. foisted upon the world, I caught an interesting conversation on one of the business shows earlier in the day discussing the recent hype over the latest job number of 292,000. Apparently there is a seasonal adjustment that is regularly added on to the number, at least over the last 12 years, which some assert that should not have been done in the latest reading and removing that adjustment puts the real job increase at 11,00 and not the 292, 000 as stated and celebrated in the media. Maybe that was behind the market swoon after the big run up after the initial announcement.

Not that this is really relevant to the President's speech, per se, but it does show the utter disregard with which these political pronouncements exhibit toward their audience.

    4. "In the 1960's British-born Dr. Anthony Sutton was a Fellow at Stanford's Hoover Institute when he discovered that, in spite of the Cold War, the US was supplying the USSR with its technology, including weapons used against American soldiers in Vietnam. Sutton dug deeper and discovered that Wall Street had sponsored both the Bolshevik Revolution and the rise of Nazi Germany. The resulting books which are on line cost Dr. Sutton his academic career.

In 1983, Dr. Sutton received a list of Skull and Bones members and immediately recognized the names of many men who controlled American policy. He published a book entitled "America's Secret Establishment: An Introduction to the Order of Skull and Bones" (1986). He updated and republished this book just before his death last June at age 77. Here are some of his conclusions.

"The Order" is " a purely American phenomenon with German origin." Dr. Sutton compares it to the Round Table, Cecil Rhodes' secret society at Oxford also known as "The Group." The American and British entities consist of 20-30 dynastic families each. Jewish banking interests connect them.

"The links between 'The Order' and Britain go through Lazard Freres and the private merchant banks... 'The Group' links to the Jewish equivalent through the Rothschilds in Britain... 'The Order' in the US links to the Guggenheim, Schiff and Warburg families." (23)

As Dr. Sutton notes, the "Order" had definite anti Semitic tendencies but by the 1960's, many Jewish names started to appear among the 15 annual inductees. See list of Skull and Bones members.

Dr. Sutton believes the "left" versus "right" split is fraudulent and used to control the debate and condition citizens to think along certain lines. Left-wing magazines like the "The Nation" and "The New Republic" and right-wing magazines like "The National Review were "artificially set up." The former were financed by Whitney money while the latter by Buckley. Both are "The Order."

Dr. Sutton states: "Sooner or later people will wake up. First we have to dump the trap of right and left. This is a Hegelian trap to divide and control. The battle is not between right and left; it is between us and them."

Similarly, in the international field left and right political structures are artificially constructed and collapsed in the drive for one-world synthesis, i.e. authoritarian socialism controlled by monopoly capital.

College textbooks present war and revolution as accidental results of conflicting forces. This is nonsense, says Dr. Sutton. They are created and financed by Wall Street to create a new world order. But you won't read this in history books.

"Our Western history is every bit as distorted, censored and largely useless as that of Hitler's Germany or the Soviet Union or Communist China..." (122)

Dr. Sutton believes The Order has many weaknesses resulting from an inbred gene pool, a shallow power base and a limited worldview. In any future conflict between the authoritarian state and the individual, he believes opposition will take "a million forms."

" No one is going to create the anti-The Order movement. That would be foolish and unnecessary. It could be infiltrated, bought off, or diverted all too easily. Why play by the rules set by the enemy?

The movement that will topple The Order will be extremely simple and most effective. It will be ten thousand or a million Americans who come to the conclusion that they don't want the State to be boss, that they prefer to live under the protection of the Constitution. They will make their own independent decision to thwart The Order and it will take ten thousand or a million forms."

    1. I'll say this again. There is no point in arguing with Liberal Democrats. No point in trying to figure them out. We all run on electrical energy. It is a scientific fact...yes..just like radios and computers. Democrats are HARD WIRED backwards. Their circuits are reverse to normal people.

I am being serious. In the Democrats minds, everything that should be up, is down. Everything that should be down, is up. Everything that should be right side up...is actually upside down to Democrats. Everything on the left should be on the right. Everything on the right should be on the left.

Democrats literally have a wiring problem and to even attempt to talk to them or coerce normal logic into them, is like trying to talk to a squirrel. You are not in their Universe. Normal is bizarre to Democrats. Bizarre is normal to Democrats. I am dead serious. Some humans are simply HARD WIRED backwards...in reverse. This explains why we IMPORT terrorists instead of EXPORTING them. This explains why we want Transsexuals and girls on the front line, instead of Big Muscle Fighting men. This explains why they want to spend MORE than we have, instead of spending only the money we have. This explains why we must pay for birth control and condoms....but also pay for abortions since Democrat girls don't use them. This explains why America is RACIST, and we hate Black people, even though we elected a Black Man President and we pay Black Athletes and Black Entertainers Millions and Millions of dollars.

You literally cannot convince these people of YOUR logic because you live in a different world. You have electricity going one way in your brain, and they have electricity going in reverse. EVERYTHING is upside down and in reverse to Democrats. I hope this helps you to understand so that you can simply give up yelling at them and trying to convince them they are wrong. It will never happen because they are living in the opposite world.

Nevertheless, I would vote for either if they run against HILLARY, who to me is one of THE most unappealing bits of partially fermented fruit ever to gather mold on the banquet table of American politics.

I can't, and I don't believe you should. The Tidal Basin near the beautiful Jefferson Memorial has become –– possibly –– the world's largest cesspool –– the Nation's Toilet Bowl. The stench of diseased fecal matter, vomitus and pixilated pee, and the great chartreuse clouds of powerful halitosis emitted by congress each day has caused toxic air pollution that affects the entire lower forty-eight and far into Canada and Central America.

BOTH parties are responsible. It's just plain stupid to keep on pretending otherwise.

  16. THIS JUST IN from KARL ROVE:

Did you catch President Obama's last State of the Union address?

President Obama fully plans to double down on his go-it-alone strategy during his final year in office.

The President will insist on moving forward with his failed policies, despite the fact that voters rejected his policies last November.

While it's clear that President Obama won't listen to voters like you, House Republicans are hard at work. That's where the NRCC comes in.

    They're fighting because:

Nancy Pelosi raised over $206.7 million last cycle to get back in power– and she will raise even more this time around.

There's nothing Hillary wants more than a Nancy Pelosi-led Congress if she gets elected in 2016.

The NRCC MUST remain a firewall against the Left's biggest hopes and dreams. That's why your contribution to the NRCC's Republican Emergency Defense Fund is crucial to help expand our historic majority.

Will you join in making an emergency $50 gift to this important fund?

Here's a safe & secure link to donate online: https://contribute.nrcc.org/red-fund/

Your donation will make possible conservative campaigns that help ensure Nancy Pelosi is never Speaker again and that the House remains a conservative bastion.

Thank you for your commitment to our conservative cause.

    Karl

P.S. I've been informed that all donations to this email will be double-matched effective immediately.

Give now to say No to Obama and Hell No to Pelosi and Hillary: https://contribute.nrcc.org/red-fund/

The difference is, that our generation no longer wants to pay what that kind of society costs (expensive),
