Curmudgeons - (still) Humorless
ReplyDeleteThe 21st Center = less of everything. Especially competence. I could cite numerous examples and still not begin to cover enough examples of incompetence. Here is one small example that I posted about in December.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of humorless, where have YOU been Ducky? We haven't seen anything at all of you lately.
ReplyDeleteBuried in snow drifts? I hooe not ill?
I don't envy you Bostonians -- or anyone else in the Northeast, middle-Atlantic, Midwest -- or darkest Canada.
And yet "they" still insist the polar icecaps are melting!
BALLS!
Ice caps melting?
ReplyDeleteGet with it Mr FreeThinke. It's climate change, which includes the earth being too hot, or now too cold, too much rain, too little rain, too many hurricanes, too few hurricanes...
The new boogey man is 'extreme weather', with the progressives denouncing Mother Nature's extremists.
The sudden coolness coincides with low sunspot activity. Funny how the lefties who love shouting "SCIENCE!" at everyone like the old man in the Thomas Dolby video, fail to take note of this scientific observation.
That's funny, FT! Humor always is best that comes as close to reality as possible.
ReplyDeleteFrom darkest benighted Canada down to burning nubs and stubs and what's left of any candles.
I do wish the "climate change" and "global warming" partisans mouthing the platitudes of President Obama and Secretary of State would by a clue. (i.e. "Geo-engineering")
ReplyDeleteActually, FT, it hasn't been that bad. The storms are moving North or South.
ReplyDeleteWe've had five snowfalls in the last couple weeks but only about 12-14 inches of snow. Not that bad.
January was uneventful.
I do admit bowing to the God, Toro, a few times.
