GREG –– and MARK STEYN –– are two of my favorite people.
I was a liberal that became a radical leftist until I realized that I was being duped by the Former President... In short, I realized they weren’t motivated by morality (in spite of their endless moral protestations) but rather a hatred of Western Civilization. When I realized that, it explained the situational moral outrage that was only aimed at white Christian capitalists. I couldn’t how many leftist books and magazines that only mentioned alleged wrongs committed by white Christian capitalists that cried the sky was falling who all said that the “remedy” to this was to destroy oppressive Western Civilization and replace it with a left intellectual-run utopia led by a political vanguard that the left in general blindly follow like religious figures.

Being the gullible fellow-travelers they are, they follow things that “sound good” and don’t realize where they come from and they’re too intellectually lazy to do any deeper research on these movements. Independent critical analysis of these fad movements is few and far between and blind conformity to the herd is all too common. Yes, those of us outside the herd that aren’t conforming are trashed and I can’t count how many times due to this I have been told that I am what’s wrong with America.

North Korea is threatening to use nuclear weapons to "sink" Japan and reduce the USA to "ashes and darkness" in retaliation against harsher UN sanctions. But the liberals do not want Trump to offend the North Koreans. Someone has to clean up the neglected last 8 years of Obama's impotency.

I have personally wondered about the state of Hillary's physical health for a LONG time, dating back to when she was Secretary of State before Benhazi. I foolishly said as much to some Democratic friends and was promptly told that I was "wishing" poor health on her because I hated her. Truthfully, I got a lot more things to worry about in my life than hating Hillary.
ReplyDeleteWhile I would dearly love to see her in an orange jumpsuit or even those ever so attractive wide black and white stripes, I suspect that if she was put on trial, the defense would use her physical health, or lack thereof, as major leverage. If the prosecution actually was able to get a guilty verdict handed down, the judge would still have to sentence her and depending on who the judge was, she could still get off with something like "community service" or "probation". If an actual prison sentence was handed down, then we would end up with "St. Hillary, the Political Prisoner" or if she died while in custody, "St. Hillary, the Martyr".
One of these days, she will shed her earthly coil and stand before an incorruptible Judge. I've resigned myself to being content with that. In the meantime, the souls of U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Foreign Service Information Management Officer (IMO) Sean Smith, and CIA contractors and former Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty wait for justice.
