Joe Arpaio's biggest crime was enforcing the law, something progressives seem to hate. The Judge that sentenced him was a partisan hack.

ReplyDeleteA: Because they are infinitely stupid STUPIDS. Obama didn't "pardon" Rivera, his sentence was COMMUTED after he had served 35 years.
Chelsea Manning also had her sentence commuted, not pardoned.

It's an easy enough mistake to make, and the end result is the same: Obama releases a terrorist and a traitor. Sure, they have felony convictions on their record, since it wasn't a pardon, but both are heroes of the left, so they will do fine financially with book deals, speaking fees, MSNBC appearances, etc.
